| Randy purchased House Lift Remodeler in 2004. Having owned many successful businesses
throughout his life it is of no surprise House Lift is celebrating its 20th
Year Anniversary in 2011. As a currently licensed realtor, Randy understands today's volatile housing
market and the importance of conscientious remodeling decisions. |

| With 39 years of remodeling experience and several COTY
Awards, his creative remodeling solutions and expertise will impress you.
Grandchildren are now his first love yet he still finds time
for golfing, fishing, and canoeing down Minnehaha Creek. Paul
holds a Certified Remodeling license through NARI, the National Association
of the Remodeling Industry. |

| Nathan is a self-starter and loves to provide clients with creative and innovative
remodeling ideas. His NARI Green Education provides House Lift Remodeler with
environmentally green solutions that he passionately passes on to his clients.
Having completed Ironman Wisconsin in 2008 he knows what it takes to get your
project to the finish line. |

| Therese wears many hats around House Lift but
always the right one when needed. Her office management experience
keeps things running smoothly and provides the staff with all
the tools they need to focus on what is most important
- our clients. Her extensive background in interior design,
coupled with a Kitchen and Bath Certification, provices just
the right finishing touch to make your project beautiful. |

| Lynda is our veteran employee with a rich knowledge of clients past and present.
Since House Lift’s inception, she has consistently been the one to fix
it, the one to remember it, and the one to locate it. Her authentic friendly
and kind manner makes each of us feel unique, and her willingness and dependability
is irreplaceable. We rely heavily on her, and consider her a valued asset

| Since John has been a contractor himself, he has the ability to meet any building
or remodeling challenge and provide our clients with the quality craftsmanship
they expect and deserve. Our clients often catch themselves laughing while John
is around, due to his lightheartedness and quick banter. On weekends he usually
swaps his tool belt for his rod and reel to fish with his kids. |

Sever Evenson, CLC - Project Manager/Carpenter |
| Sever is our workhorse with exceptional strength, a charming smile, and NARI
Lead Carpenter certification. You will like him on your project because he gets
everything done. We no longer tease him about being a Packer fan because it
does not interfere with his management skills when working on your remodeling
project. After work, Severs kids keep him hopping between baseball and football
games or camping around a moonlit campfire. |
